Iliyana and Omnia (excuse me if I've misspelt names) made the morning even better at breakfast with their warm smiles, excellent service, and helpful attitudes. The Coffee was awesome! We liked being greeted by friendly faces and big smiles from the cleaning team of Abdlfattah and Maha. Importantly, our rooms were always well-looked-after and clean. Thank you!

Everything was clean and the staff was really helpful and so nice specially shimaa taha and the reception staff. Food was super. Place is very nice.

With its classic accommodation and leisure and spa facilities. The service and the staff were exceptional. Especially Ms. Nada was very quick to respond and facilitate all our inquiries and needs. And Mr. Mohamed Saad best concierge.

We were very impressed by the warm welcoming on the panoramic terrasse. We were offered tea and we were welcomed to order something to eat(it was already around 23h). The manager also assisted us with exchanging money on a safe change. Many thanks for everything, you were amazing!

Boasting a bar and views of quiet street, Bella Casa Pyramids Inn is a recently renovated guest house situated in Giza, 1.5 km from Great Sphinx. We stayed in the triple room. Both the hotel and the room were really clean and looked after. Beds are really comfortable, shower has 24 hr hot water, TV has satellite channels, WIFI is good, location is about 10-15 mins walk to Pyramids, and 5 mins walk to shops and restaurants. Breakfast was simply amazing. But without a doubt, what stands out is the super amazing Susan! She was simply the best host I have ever encountered and I am a well travelled person. Susan simply made our stay super great and we are so grateful to have come to this hotel. After a long day and chaotic day in Cairo visiting sites, there is nothing better than to come to this "Oasis" hotel and meet Susan. Just know that Egypt can be challenging but Susan would do anything to help out and make you feel welcomed and relaxed is simply a super bonus.
