The accommodation features a 24-hour front desk. The property was exceptionally clean, very cute and modern, more than we have anticipated! Breakfast in the restaurant was also superb!

All units at the accommodation are equipped with a flat-screen TV with cable channels and a safety deposit box. I originally booked a different hotel, but after reading reviews I decided to change to Copaiba and I have no regrets. The room was modern, clean, and the staff was very nice. I really enjoyed the long brunch/breakfast. The location is close to the beach and various restaurants. The area is very German, so just be prepared for that (I personally don't care and it still surprised me).

The staff is very welcoming and helpful.

Bike hire is available at this hotel and the area is popular for cycling. The hotel also offers car hire. The view from the balcony in the room was amazing! The hotel staff were very friendly and spoke great English, the breakfast buffet was phenomenal with plenty of different options, the indoor/outdoor pool area was clean, the room was spotless, and a little extra bonus was having a bathtub for the kids. The walk to the beach was easy and hotel was close to many restaurants. Overall, we were impressed with everything and would highly recommend!
