The hotel is in a fabulous location in the center of the old town. The hotel was very clean and beautifully decorated. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again if returning to Bilbao. The coffee shop in the lobby has great coffee and there’s a wonderful bakery just a few doors down for breakfast.

Excellent, comfortable and pleasant base from which to explore Bilbao, located on a pedestrian avenue, no parking, however Arenal parking is just around the corner with easy elevator access from the plaza on the other side of the main street. Friendly staff, allround good visit.

They called me right away and helped me to coordinate the pick-up with a courier service. Then they printed out the bill of lading and ensured and called me when it was picked up. They were friendly, reassuring and helpful when I was stressed the hell out. Could not be more appreciative. But to be honest, they were lovely before I was needing help to. I really felt welcome at the hotel and the location was excellent. Would recommend, absolutely. Thank you Katalina team!

The breakfast was fabulous. Their cheesecake/ tarta del queso is better than most of the restaurants that I tried. I will be back.😎
