A fabrica is a family run hostel and this is all the more what I look for when staying somewhere. The familiarity with which I was received made me feel welcome and comfortable. They made it possible to have an early check in and kept my luggage safe. The bus stop to Santiago is just around the corner, so I could enjoy an afternoon in the city even though my time was limited. They provided me with all info on the busses and helped me arrange transportation to the airport early morning.

Clean and comfortable room with everything I need. 15 minute walk from the centre but I didn't mind that. Since I was catching an early bus they organised to have breakfast in the caffe near by and it was very lovely. The staff was very kind and helpful.

Very nice, modern apartment with useful appliances such as kettle or dishwasher and comfortable beds. Good location and quiet neighbourhood. The staff was nice, great check-in procedure.

The apartment had everything needed, was clean, stylish, and very comfortable. We stayed for a week and used this as our central location to see sights in the area. For seeing Santiago itself, we took the local bus 201, which took us to the city center. The parking at the apartment was excellent, a large private parking area behind the building. We enjoyed the loft experience for the main sleeping area but obviously not for those with mobility issues. The bed was comfortable, the shower nice and hot, and cooking facilities allowed us to prepare breakfasts and a few dinners.

This is such a beautiful apartment, very spacious and comfortable. My mother in law is disabled and this apartment is perfect for it. We did not use the wheelchair in the unit but it was perfect for my mother in low that uses a cane and needed an accessible shower. The beds are super comfortable and the linens so nice and crisp and clean. The kitchen has everything we needed and it was nice to have an indoor garage. The showers have plenty of pressure and hot water. The host was very responsive and helpful when we had questions Thank you for such a nice place. We will come back if we are in the area.
