For breakfast, I cannot remember their name but the people taking of us were great!! I remember a lady giving us great advise of where to go in Lake District (our next stop after your hotel). We checked in at 12:30 in the morning and everything went smoothly. The apartment was very clean and the A/C worked great! We had enough pillows and blankets for everyone, and some extras. The location is fantastic. Everything is within walking distance and there are a ton of places to eat right around the hotel. Nothing negative to say about our stay here!
