The rooms are fantastic—spacious, well-designed, and the addition of a small kitchen with a full-size fridge is a great bonus, especially in the city centre. Everything was spotless, and the A/C kept the air fresh and comfortable throughout our stay. The location is, of course, unbeatable, sitting on the top floor of St James Quarter. Parking was an absolute breeze—you simply park in the main shopping mall’s underground garage, where there are plenty of spaces. It cost only £26 for two nights after getting the ticket validated at reception. If I’m not mistaken, £26 is the maximum charge, meaning even for a week-long stay, you’d only pay that amount as long as you don’t take the car out.

The apartment is very spacious and modern, totally comfortable for 4 people. The location is excellent - on a quiet street just a couple of minutes walk to Princes Gardens and Christmas markets. Perfect communication with their office throughout our stay. The office is situated in the building in front of the apartment, which is very convenient for luggage storrage after check-out. Many places where you can have delicious breakfast close to the apartment. Overall a great vacation in Edinburgh, would definitely choose this place again!

Fresh, beautifully prepared, and full of variety—easily one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve ever had. It was the kind of meal you look forward to every morning. Everything we needed was included, and the staff made the whole experience feel effortless. The location was also spot-on—central, convenient, and surrounded by the character and charm of Edinburgh. This wasn’t just a place to stay—it was an experience we’ll remember. I’d go back in a second.

Easy to get to the Old town area. Sally was so helpful and went above and beyond.
