The Monarch Hotel is the only place in the world,in my experience ,that offered Caviar at the breakfast buffet. The breakfast buffet was so good,with many choices and fresh fruit. The location is just around the corner from Europe Square,and walking distance to many sites.

The balcony provided a fantastic view, and the staff were outstanding, very helpful and polite. For the price, the rooms were very affordable, and the hotel’s location was excellent, within walking distance of all popular spots in Batumi.

Breakfast was tasty, and the crepes with meat was simply amazing! The staff are kind and helpful, and they speak English and Russian (maybe even more languages).
