The owner was very flexible and offered us a much bigger room without us asking for it. The place had 2 double beds and a single bed, a kitchen fully equipped (a fridge, a cooker and kitchenware). It made our 3 night stay really comfortable. It was in April so most shops and restaurants are closed in the area but we were able to store our food that we had brought along in the fridge as well as the freezer. Everything in the kitchen was very clean and looked new! There was hot water 95% of the time so it was pleasant to take a shower! There is a free spacious parking space and the guesthouse is surrounded by neighbours' yards, the woods in the front. It was fairly peaceful and quiet. One day the wind was so strong, my towel flew off the balcony but I couldn't spot it. The next day I saw someone had picked it up and left it near our car.

Everything around was beautiful, beach is just a few meters away, room was clean and tidy. they have a big terrace on the third floor overlooking to the beach and its just another picturesque place.

Everything is clean and new. The staff are helpful. Most of all i like the restaraunt in this hotel, everything in the menu is very tasty. The beach is 10 minutes walk and it is not crowdy. Our room had a kitchen on a balcony equipped everything we need.

Best place in Ureki. Like an oasis in a very weird city. They have everything: pool, restaurant, playground, etc. Especially Id like to stress the food - it’s amazing. We even stopped here to eat 2 weeks after the vacation when passing by. Really cool!

It is modern, clean, nicely designed, looks newly renovated. Beds are very comfortable, the views are great, there are pine trees in the front yard, playground in the back yard, balconies are quite spacious. Food in the restaurant is tasty, prices are average, waiters are a bit slow, but polite and helpful. They provide beach towels and beach chairs. Beach is 50 meters, across a very small road. Staff is helpful. Unlike in most other Georgian hotels on the Black sea coast, they clean rooms every day and change towels and sheets every three days, without any reminders or requests.
