Incredible experience! I stayed at this hotel in September, before the ski season started, so it was quiet and not crowded. I had the chance to go hiking along the cable car line and watch the sunrise, and also spend time in the heated pool with a stunning view. It was my birthday, and I had mentioned it in my booking. To my surprise, I was welcomed with a real celebration! Miro and Mariam made me feel like I was in a fairy tale. I was very lucky to get a complimentary upgrade to a suite, where I found a cake with a candle waiting for me, as well as a special gift — a “BORN TO SKI” poster. The level of care and attention was beyond anything I expected. Truly one of the best hotel stays of my life!

Staff on site can arrange airport transfers. Very cozy, the view was gorgeous, and the room had a large window and comfortable rocking chairs by the window where one could enjoy the view. Although the hotel doesn't have a proper restaurant of its own, there are a couple of options nearby, so we had no problems finding somewhere to eat even without a car. The location is probably among the best in the area, this part of Kazbegi feels better maintained than some others, and there was a hiking path towards Mount Elias starting very close to the hotel with some great views. The staff were very friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome.

The hotel is right at the base of the Mount Elias and the view of Mount Kazbegi and Gergeti Trinity Church was panaromic , the best view so far in my tourist history.
