Really positively surprised with the staff attitude from a hustled free check in and polite and kind response to each encounter. Lavish breakfast and dinner with huge variety of dishes. Car park and Cappuccino and Frape coffee free of charge during meals whereas in a 5 start Hotel in Thessaloniki we were charged extra. Guest relations and Catering Manager even brought me a birthday cake at my room !!!

We had two different rooms booked for 6 nights, but they kindly let us stay in the same one so we wouldn’t have to move which we really appreciated. The place is beautiful and full of good energy.
