They also have water filter downstairs, so no need to buy bottled water all the time. The reception is really friendly and helpful. The beach is in walking distance. It is a family business, so it feels even better renting a place there.

The property is close to the beach, and although it took us a momentttt to locate it, the team was extremely helpful over the phone and guided us effortlessly. Once we arrived, the experience was wonderfully calm and peaceful. The rooms are impressively spacious, spotless, and equipped with 24/7 hot water and reliable AC. The entire stay felt safe, comfortable, and relaxing. A perfect spot for anyone looking to unwind in a serene environment. Highly recommended!

At the accommodation the rooms have a seating area. Very peaceful Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is great. Food, clothes shops, beach, plenty of restaurants to choose from. All walking distance, just a few meters away. We asked for recommendations for food and we were honestly spoiled with choice. We were really pleased with our stay. Having stayed in a few places in goa, I can honestly say, this was our best stay and wished we stayed longer before going back up towards margao Even helped out with getting us a taxi to the airport, all recently priced.
