The staff deserves special mention — everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful. Whether we needed to rent motorbikes, buy SIM cards, or organize excursions, everything was arranged smoothly right at the hotel. A special thanks to the owner of the hotel — you can really feel how passionate he is about what he does. He puts so much heart and care into running this place, and it shows in every detail — from the thoughtful design to the welcoming atmosphere. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Ladakh. It’s a place where you feel truly welcomed and well taken care of.

I stayed here three times, as this is an amazing place in the heart of Leh, very close to the center, while still located quietly. Rooms are very spacious, featuring a balcony and mountain view. Breakfast was either served as buffet or sometimes as individual choice. The owners are a very kind family - I was lucky to be served fresh made Khambir and self made apricot jam in their living room and they even gave me a winter jacket for hiking. There was always kind stuff around to help with any request from water kettle to chai tea or simply a hair dryer. Lastly the nice garden is a peaceful place to just enjoy the view and relax in the sun.

Vegetarian, halal and gluten-free options can also be requested. This place was exactly what we were looking for! It is GORGEOUS, spacious and comfortable. Staff: They were professional, helpful, prompt and courteous Food: I was concerned it might be too oily, but the chef managed to make it delicious and wholesome. Loads of variety too. Location: It is very close to the dunes, local market and outside food options (if that is what you prefer) Room: Very large, lots of space to spread out luggage if needed. Hot water in the bathroom was refreshing for hot showers after long days. We didn't have any electricity issues and their wifi was quite strong as well. The view was spectacular. Ambience: The overall vibe was that you have your privacy, but also feel connected. We felt right at home and truly enjoyed our stay here. If we had an option we would certainly return for a much longer stay.
