The customer service was flawless, with staff who were not only professional but genuinely warm and attentive. Everything—from the check-in process to the smallest personal touches—was handled with care and grace. The location is unbeatable, with views of the Gateway of India and the Arabian Sea just steps away. My mornings began with an incredible breakfast spread offering a vast array of delicious options from across India and beyond. The culinary excellence was matched only by the service and presentation. What truly set this experience apart was the sense of history that envelops the hotel. A special thank you to Mr. Newton, the in-house historian, who spent two hours personally walking me through the rich legacy of the palace. Having worked there for over 44 years, his stories, insights, and passion brought the walls of the hotel to life. It was like walking through time, guided by someone who had lived it. I only stayed four days, and it wasn’t nearly enough. I didn’t want to leave. Next time, I’ll be staying longer—because the Taj isn’t just a place to sleep; it’s a destination in itself. An outdoor pool, fitness centre and pampering spa are available. Very close to the international airport. Excellent facilities and staff. Very comfortable stay for a family. Great restaurant and lounge.

The hotel's elegant rooms feature wooden floors, large windows offering beautiful views and en suite bathroom separated by a glass panel with electronic blinds. Rooms are equipped with an LCD TV, tea/coffee maker and iPod docking station. The oberoi hotel is the best. All staff is sooo good. The room is perfect. It beyond my expectations. I love this hotel.

The property is non-smoking and is located 5.5 km from Powai Lake. the hotel is in a perfect location near the airport. what distinguishes it is cleanliness... the air conditioning works well. the staff is very kind, the guys and the girl at the reception are perfect, and help you with everything. they make you feel special like you are the best guest in the world. and then there is the superstar Irshad the hotel driver, full service guide, very kind and attentive, a perfect driver who makes you feel safe... I will definitely be back
