Every corner reveals thoughtful details: a wooden bench overlooking the hills, cozy couches beneath sunshades, and lanterns that glow softly at night. The sense of aesthetics here is truly remarkable. They offer a lovely breakfast with local cheeses and meats, great coffee, baked goods and natural juices. It’s served in a beautiful and elegant dining hall that has a lovely fireplace and seating area, chess boards and books. You could easily spend days just wandering the estate, exploring the forest, and soaking in the views. Lucignano is also perfectly located, within 30–60 minutes of countless Tuscan highlights. The location is secluded in between olive and wine fields. The staff was very nice and allowed us to switch our bungalow to a one with a better view. We were there in October and were alone.

What we loved the most is the generosity of the hosts, the extra coffee pods they supplied us with when I mentioned how much I enjoyed my coffee in the morning. The fully stacked kitchen with breakfast bits, including gluten free biscuits, yogurts and milk in the fridge. You could choose to have fizzy water or naturally chilled, coffee or cappuccino! To top it all Antonio and Cinzia provided us with a cake, which considering we were the only guests (off peak of course) was very generous . We felt thoroughly spoilt and as hosts ourselves we appreciate how this makes us feel. Thank you both for such great hospitality!!!

The bed and breakfast has family rooms. Everything was perfect. Very friendly and helpful host, great breakfast, quiet neighborhood. The room and bathroom were modern and spacious. We would highly recommend staying here, especially if you are walking the Via di San Francesco.
