Beautiful accommodation and location, host very welcoming and helpful, after a week in a motorhome and second rate rv parks this was pure luxury, easy walking distance to everything, loved San Vincenzo itself, think it might be my new happy place, definitely recommend.

With a beachfront location in Lido di Camaiore, Versilia Lido | UNA Esperienze offers a free wellness centre, a free outdoor pool, and a rooftop bar with sea views. The hotel also features free parking and 1 tennis courts. Everything was excellent, especially the facilities for toddlers (our son was 14 months but had plenty toys to play). Staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. It is a great hotel with small children. Also the New Year event was excellent with kids, as there was a lot of room for kids to play and they were not forced to sit at the table. The restaurant had excellent food and we enjoyed the breakfast too. The room was spacious and very clean and perfectly fit for a toddler, there were no dangerous items/furniture. Also the pool was wonderful, perfect temperature of the water for a toddler, and very relaxing. We liked that we had to do a reservation and it was never overcrowded. The massages I had were excellent. I liked the bathrobe in the room and the direct elevator to the pool. Also very clean sauna and steam bath. We will definitely recommend your hotel to other families or couples.

Located in Livorno, the recently renovated Sea Breeze Suites provides accommodation 1 km from Scogli dell'Accademia Beach and 4.9 km from Livorno Port. With inner courtyard views, this accommodation features a balcony. The guest house features family rooms. Everything was excellent! The apartment was really good - neat, clean, bright, and interesting style. Our travel team took 2 rooms out of 3 in the apartment, and both rooms were really nice and each with a private clean and well equiped bathroom. And to have an opportunity to use shared kitchen and have that space for breakdast was very convenient. The host was super nice and thoughtful! Adding up to all above, it's an amazing idea to provide the list of local attractions and suggestions on what to visit and where to go! 👍🏼 The location is good and convenient, there is no trouble parking for free, and the city centre and everything else is in walking distance. And for an easy breakfast, backery with fresh bread and pastries is really close.

The room was modern and very comfortable. The entire property is stunning – lovingly renovated with great attention to detail, combining charm and modern comfort. Andrea and Luigi went above and beyond to make our stay special. They helped us choose a great local restaurant and kindly drove us there themselves – such a thoughtful gesture! Everything about our stay was perfect, and we truly appreciated the hospitality and care. We would love to come back anytime – highly recommended!

Last but not least, extra appreciation goes to Aurora for her great sense of humor and excellent cocktails 🍹 👍🏻

It is set 29 km from Pisa Cathedral and offers a lift. The guest house features family rooms. Room - perfect. Very clean, nicely decorated, cleaned during the day. Location- perfect close everywhere. Breakfast- perfect. Erika (the owner) - perfect ++. One of the nicest and most sympathetic person I’ve met in Italy. Very helpful.

Boasting a shared lounge and views of city, Ilenia's Boutique Rooms is a guest house set in a historic building in Follonica, 400 metres from Follonica beach. The property has inner courtyard and quiet street views, and is 18 km from Golf Club Punta Ala. The guest house has private entrance. The room and bathroom looked recently remodeled and we'll kept up. Great location just off the main street.
