The hotel staff are kind and helped us with calling taxi etc. very memorable stay.

The house is charming, state of the art, centrally located, easy to reach by car and offers all the comforts one can wish for. Francesca welcomed us so warmly and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and all things to explore in the area. We couldn't have asked for anything more and thoroughly enjoyed our time at Asilo. Would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in the village of Barolo. Bonus: there is even gated parking and a charger for EVs!

The accommodation offers a shuttle service, while a bicycle rental service is also available. Modern renovation- Tasteful finishes, bright and comfortable. We loved our room under the roof with a skylight and views of the Barolo castle and vineyards. (Stairs might be an issue for some guests but the staff is always available to help with baggage.) With all the good meals we had, we were very happy with a little extra exercise! We found the location in the town easy to access by foot with roll aboard luggage from public parking areas. Much of the town, like medieval towns all over Italy, is pedestrians only. And very quiet at night. Lovely breakfast. Merits 5 stars for service from Ariele and the lady of the house! They are happy to provide any information about the Barolo area, from restaurants to wine tastings. Highly recommend!

The Casa Nelle Langhe house is located at the entrance of the Serralunga d'Alba village and has an amazing view to the castle and the wineyars surrounding Serralunga d'Alba. It is easy accessible from the main road that you are arriving from and it has its own parking space at the front garden. The apartment (Apartment B) is on the first floor accessible through a shared staricases and shared balcony with another apartment (Apartment A). The access is by opening with the code provided by the owner via WhatsApp of key locker. The apartment is spatious and well equiped with a lot of windows providing views in all directions. The rooms are very clean and equiped with all utilities including washing and drying machine for clothes. The kitchen has a gas stove and the dishwasher so it is quite comfortable for the prolonged stay. All the places in the village are in the walking distance including the local wineries and restaurants. We used it as a base for our explorations around Barolo region inlcuding Barolo, Montforte d'Alba.
