Rooms at Nikis Resort come with a flat-screen TV, a minibar and heating. The private bathroom includes a hairdryer and free toiletries. The location was fantastic, so picturesque, the apartment had heated floors which was fantastic as it was so cold outside, and I ordered food from the room service which also came on time and presented very nice. The bed and the pillows were extremely comfortable.

Some rooms have a balcony and small kitchenette. Unbelievably beautiful, kind staff. Breakfast came with the reservation. Right in center of town, but windows faced away from foot traffic so balcony and rooms were very quiet.

Very good breakfast! 2 swimming pools with bar service. Dinner at the hotel restaurant is excellent! Would definitely come back.

Hotel Duomo is just 15 steps up the stone stairway from Orvieto's majestic Gothic Cathedral. All rooms feature air conditioning, an LCD TV with DVD player, and a small table with 2 chairs. Some offer views of the Cathedral. I appreciate the cleanliness of the room! I felt comfortable and safe as a solo traveler and absolutely LOVED the location. There was a parking lot close by in which I used to store my rental car while I stayed here. I would highly recommend considering a stay here if cleanliness, safety, and comfort is what matters most to you.

Hotel Il Palazzo is set in the left wing of Palazzo Bartocci Fontana, a 16th-Century building halfway between Assisi's Basilica of Saint Francis and Piazza del Comune square. Free WiFi is available throughout. The location was amazing. The crew was so helpful with everything.

Hotel La Terrazza RESTAURANT & SPA boasts a beautiful view of a green Umbrian valley, which looks even more enchanting as the sun rises in the morning. The room was very clean. Bed comfortable-breakfast wonderful with many different options, Staff was very friendly and helpful. Beautiful view from the hotel of Assisi.

Very central, fantastic and very helpful staff, delicious breakfast. I can’t rate Locanda highly enough. Awesome.

Set within a renovated medieval building in the heart of Orvieto, Palazzo Piccolomini is a 4-star hotel a 5-minute walk from the Cathedral. Rooms successfully mix classical design with modern comforts. The kindness of the staff was the most important asset of the hotel. Everyone from the lady at the reception, the colleague who took away our car to park it, the gentleman who was serving at breakfast (and also brought our car from the parking) were really nice and helpful. I liked the smell inside the hotel, bed was comfortable, bathroom was new and fully functional and breakfast was surprisingly complete for Italy, everything to suit anyone’s taste. Location was top, near everything and also valet parking was very useful.
