The hotel is a quick 10min taxi away from the Hirosaki park & castle. The staff and owner were extremely kind to us, we would highly recommend staying here and would love to come back again!

She even lent as snow boots for our winter hikes when she saw that our shoes was unsuitable for the snow. She was friendly and spoke English well. The rooms was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The onsen was big and well maintained. The breakfast and dinner was better than any restaurant we could find in hirosaki! Will definitely be back again :)

Their warmth and hospitality made us feel completely at home—it wasn’t just a place to sleep, it truly felt like staying with family. Their house told a story, filled with warmth, history, and the little personal touches that made it feel lived-in and loved. From the amazing homemade breakfast to the delicious ramen dinners they prepared, every meal was made with care and love. The guest house is conveniently located, just a short walk from a supermarket and a laundromat, which made things really easy for us. This personal, welcoming experience truly made our trip special. The hotel is new and located close to a grocery store and a convenience store (short walk). Room was good sized, restroom was the traditional small single unit but new and easy to use. We requested two rooms and they placed our rooms close. The staff was very helpful, friendly and professional. The public bath area is very nice and much appreciated. It was a wonderful stay.
