The staff were wonderful, went out of their way to help. They were however unable to assist with cancelling a restaurant booking which needed to be done in Japanese, hotel policy apparently. They were embarrassed about this, it is a bit ridiculous! Washing machine in room is great, and they lend out hair straighteners, iron and board etc. Room was good size for Japan and comfortable.

We loved this hotel, is a small place attended by really gente People. They helped us with anything we needed!! The location was very good, they algo rent bikes at good price and you can go arround all the main attractions that way.

Concierge services are available at the hotel. Location is excellent. The design is classy, well maintained. Front desks are very polite, able to speak English and customer oriented. We booked their standard room and turned out it was abit too small for us with 1 kid, went to the front desk to ask whether they can let us change room type and happy to top up the price differences. The hotel front desk helped to change to the bigger room with complimentary. This is a plus point for their customer services. We were impressed! The room is comfortable, with complete amenities (even skin care), will stay in Nikko Hotel when we travel to Japan in future. 👍🏻
