Every item in the room was both aesthetically beautiful and highly functional: from the kettle to the cups, even the compact washing machine. The room was bright, spotless, and the bed was warm and cozy. Although the hotel mentioned in advance that they didn’t offer gluten-free breakfast options, the staff went above and beyond to prepare a customized breakfast for me with only the foods I could safely eat — incredibly kind and thoughtful. Another highlight was the onsen, which guests can access for free, along with pajamas, slippers, and towels provided directly in the room. Highly recommended — I’d definitely stay here again!

Everything there looks well maintained although the building is old. It is worth a mention that I lost my passport when I went to somewhere else, but the staffs help me a lot find it back immediately. They even gave me a drive to the police. The staff of this hotel are very touching and grateful.
