Beautiful beach nearby (38 steps- that is why the name). Lovely swims with turtles and at evening a fantastic sky with stars. The breakfast wonderful especially the japanese style one. We also ate very good food at the place evenings. Best recommendations.

Takaka-san is a very helpfull and sweet host and great cook. The traditional Japanese house has everything you need from snorkel gear to beach towels to a washing machine. It's not so far from the port, we rented bicycles but the hills are quite steep so the bus would also be an option. We really wished we could stay longer because it felt like paradise! Also, Kiki the cat is very cute.
