The parking lot was easy to find and there were signs indicating where the reception was. We would totally come back for another visit!

An amazing property with Michelin level meals, outstanding customer service from the staff, wonderful facilities and views. We will definitely be back here again in the future. This is an authentic onsen. The baths are amazing and the hotel also has pop ups that support local vendors.
