Miyajima Guesthouse Mikuniya is a traditional Japanese-style guesthouse located on Miyajima (Itsukushima). Room was massive for one person. Fantastic view of the pagoda (but the main tori gate was not visible). Location is located slightly uphill but still close to the main shopping street and the shrine. The room shares the bathroom and shower with everyone else, but has its own sink so it's more convenient. The shared bathrooms were clean, and there's a shared bath that people can reserve.

Just a 7-minute walk from Itsukushima Shrine, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Combining modern design with a homely decor, Kikunoya Hotel offers both Western and Japanese-style rooms. The property was located near the park within walking distance of main attractions. It was well taken care of and had an onsen. The food was great and staff were very friendly and accommodating. They added to the experience and did a great job of making us feel very welcome.

Everything was just perfect. The house is beautiful and all the details so charming. Super clean, high-tech toilet and everything you need. Beautiful traditional Japanese house in the traditional street of Miyajima, close to everything by walking like Temples, restaurants, shopping etc.. The host is lovely and so kind. Our stay was amazing.

Our host, Kousuke, is super nice, and made delicious breakfast. The property has a beautiful small garden in the middle. Bed is very comfortable.

Kinsuikan ligt in Miyajima, op 2,6 km van Tsutsumigaura Beach, en biedt accommodatie met een tuin, gratis privéparkeren, een gedeelde lounge en een restaurant. Pretty much everything was fantastic: the location is unbeatable, the room was insanely spacious, the ameneties are incredible, the rooftop terrace was the cherry on top. The people working there are helpful, patient and friendly, the food is wonderful. It is expensive but you absolutely get your money's worth.

Highly recommend booking dinner and breakfast. Gorgeous views. Lots of snacks in the hotel lobby, relaxing places to wait for checkin and out. Walk to everything - food, ferry, temple and gates. Wonderful ambience. Don't just catch the ferry for the day - stay on the island It's unforgettable.
