An amazing property with Michelin level meals, outstanding customer service from the staff, wonderful facilities and views. We will definitely be back here again in the future. This is an authentic onsen. The baths are amazing and the hotel also has pop ups that support local vendors.

Dinner was amazing and the staff and service was so attentive. Anzono our waiter for our dinner service went above and beyond. When one of us had to leave dinner before dessert to make their massage appointment, he offered and prepared a plate of the full dessert on a tray to be taken to the room for enjoyment afterwards.
