会津七日町inn bevindt zich in Aizuwakamatsu, op 17 minuten lopen van station Aizuwakamatsu en 4,2 km van Heuveltop Iimori. All good things! Great location close to the touristy things. Very clean and efficient use of space. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The bathrooms were very clean and private, a good ratio of bathrooms to guests — if you’re worried about “shared bathrooms”.

The location is convenient as it is attached to Aomori train station (which was very helpful as I did not get wet in the rain/snow!), with nearby department store, shops and restaurants. The hotel itself exceeded my expectations, aesthetically it was beautiful, spacious and a delightful place to stay. The staff were all very friendly and went out of their way to help me (including via a translator app when needed). The breakfast was amazing, one of my favourite I have ever had at a hotel. The hotel amenities such as the onsen and the lounge with free evening beverages were a treat. If you get a chance to book dinner (need 24 hours notice) it will not disappoint!
