The staff were amazing and host was careful to provide gluten free meals for my wife which we so appreciate. My youngest kid loved chef Nelson’s pancakes so much she kept requesting every morning. On our last day, chef Nelson prepared a to-go bag for her which she enjoyed the next morning. Loved this place!! The whole crew was excellent. They even found some wild honey for my mom to take home which she enjoyed.

Talek
Located in Talek, Talek Bush Camp, Masai Mara provides accommodation with seating area. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. Extra facilities include a 24-hour front desk, meeting rooms, a tour desk and housekeeping service. SPECTACULAR Eco Lodge in one of the most beautiful places, a two-minute drive from the Iconic Masai Mara, and since fortunately the park is not fenced you can see the animals walking on the river below or even in the Lodge garden and at night you are pampered by the voices of the mythical animals ... it feels like being in a documentary. There is always a Masai very attentive to checking our safety due to the presence of animals, his name is Moses and I thank him from the heart. The staff and the food were excellent, the rooms and tents beautiful, the cleanliness impeccable. The two owners are exquisite people, Abdul assisted me from home a lot, but he was not present at the time of my stay, he had warned me there was the other owner who was an excellent host! I hurt myself during a safari and he helped me immediately by giving me an ointment against the pain that he also gave me and providing information on the closest clinic to my drivers. He is a National Geographic photographer and the reseption is a jewel full of his wonderful photos. This place is spectacular for where it is located, it is like sleeping inside the park, for the excellent work that the owners and staff do every day (including the Masai), and it has very honest prices. For the location and the place they could be very expensive and instead with their honesty in the prices they also allow less wealthy people to enjoy that atmosphere that my group and I will never forget. I conclude by adding a value, nothing artificial, nothing that clashes with the environment, there are places with a truly luxurious pomp that are not in line with the Savannah and the location, they take away all the magic, the Talek No, is a wonderful ecolodge, where the love and respect for animals can also be read in the signs hanging on the wall: Do you love animals? Ok leave them free.... I will return to you and I want to stay there more days, I have recommended you to everyone....thanks for everything! Tara D. (Italy)

Since we arrived at Mara Intrepids, they welcomed us like royalty. Our assigned driver was Paul who took care of all our Safaris, every day and every daily route was geared towards showing us the best of Masai Mara, he is definitely responsible for half of all our amazing experiences. He was in charge of contacting us with the Ballon Safari, an experience that I recommend not to be missed and take us to visit the Masai Mara Village.
Upon arriving at the Camps, Debbie, Queen and Daysi welcomed us, with exquisite hot towels for our hands and an exquisite juice, offering and demonstrating to us in spades during our stay that they would be there for everything we needed and that was the case.
Our room was taken care of by Leah, who every day dedicatedly prepared our room, closed our musketeers, set out hot water bottles and brought hot chocolate or coffee for us before our first daily game drive around 6 am.
After returning from our Safaris, delicious food awaited us in the restaurant where Shillaw and Masila were in charge of serving us, knowing our tastes and often anticipating our requirements, they consented our son with all his tastes.
I just want to say, if you want to know Masai Mara, the place is Mara Intrepids.
It is worth every penny and despite being as generous as we could with our tips, it will never be enough to compensate for the attention. Asanté!!

Beautiful location , exceptionally clean , Massai staff were friendly and kind and would do all they could to make your stay a happy one
I had a great stay at the camp. At the time, I was the only tourist staying there and the staff were very solicitous, friendly and helpful. Food was really good and, of course, the safari - organised at the spot by the camp, was a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend.
We had a wonderful stay at Neptune Rianta. The accommodation was perfect, beautiful tented accommodation overlooking the river, woken by hippos every morning. The staff were outstanding, friendly and efficient, in particular, Daisy our wonderful waitress, Daniel our friendly butler and Daniel our masai safari guide who was incredibly knowledgeable and exceeded our expectations in every way. Daniel ensured we found every animal, providing us with detailed information and was so much fun to be with!
Good location for Maasai Mara reserve. They organised safari, hot air ballooning, Maasai village visit etc. Prices are high for what you get compared to other parts of the world but I suppose that's standard in the area and not the fault of the accommodation. We were lucky the place was available when we visited. I would stay there again but I wouldn't say its great value for money. Staff were very friendly and helpful, to the best of their abilities. I think any shortcomings lie with upper management and owners who are not on-site.
The staff was very helpful, the scenery astonishing and the accommodation was comfortable. We loved to see the hippo's and crocodile in the river while we were dining and also the dancing Masai around the campfire made our stay memorable.
We had an absolutely brilliant time staying with John, Dennis, Jacob and their family. They were so welcoming and generous with their time, sharing stories and teaching about the Maasai culture around the campfire and over meals. The nature walk/hike and game drive were exceptional, the knowledge all the guys have is second to none. The accommodation is basic but you come here for the unique experience, not for luxury. Highly recommend!
Everything, from the friendliness of the staff to the location to the food to the accommodation. Book elsewhere in the Masai Mara only if you cannot secure place at Fig Tree Camp. I wish that we had been able to stay longer.
Excellent value for money, staff very helpful, Titus in particular, for Bush camp experience can’t be beaten, we stayed in riverside bungalows, good basic accommodation, even has a pool, which I used 😀 Food was basis but hot, be prepared to eat by candlelight when bugs are about 😉 Our Safari guide was Daniel, he was amazing, we’re found Cheetah, Leopard, big cats with cubs and lots more, great sense of humour and very knowledgable, ask for him and you won’t be disappointed Overall a fantastic real Bush Camp experience
