He organized my transportation whenever I needed, responded immediately to my requests, and always made sure everything was perfect. His dedication and professionalism were remarkable, and I deeply thank him for making my time in Phnom Penh so smooth and enjoyable. At the same time, the entire team deserves praise. Ratanak, Dennie, and everyone else I met at the hotel were equally wonderful friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. On top of the amazing service, the hotel surprised me with a free upgrade to a superior room, which made my stay even more comfortable. The facilities are excellent: a beautiful rooftop pool, a generous breakfast with an unforgettable view over Phnom Penh, and a location that couldn’t be more convenient. To me, this is by far the best hotel in Phnom Penh, and I would recommend it without hesitation to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and true hospitality. Palace Gate Hotel & Resort is gevestigd in een gerestaureerde villa uit de Franse koloniale tijd en grenst aan het Koninklijk Paleis. The location of the hotel is unbeatable, right at the entrance of the Royal Palace and just a few minutes walk to the National Museum. The room was spacious with great views to the pool and the Royal Palace. I really enjoyed the breakfast which had a huge variety. The staff at the Pool Bar and the Skybar were also very polite and helpful.

Aquarius Hotel and Urban Resort ligt op 700 meter van de rivier Tonlé Sap. The food at the roof top restaurant was delicious. The front desk accommodated me with a last minute massage. The breakfast had many options to satisfy everyone's tastes. The view from the restaurant in the evening was spectacular. They also made a drink for me that wasn't on the menu which was the perfect night cap.

We had a very warm welcome. It was a good sized modern room with all amenities. Good food and location. Wish we had longer to enjoy the pool.
