The family are incredibly welcoming and friendly. I arrived late and they collected me from Ella train station. I was welcomed with a delicious home cooked meal that was absolutely superb. The room is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. From the balcony you can look across to little Adam’s peak and see the beautiful river running down through the garden. I’m writing this whilst drinking a coffee on the balcony after doing my best to finish the huge delicious breakfast prepared for me. The food is the best I’ve tasted in Sri Lanka. I only planned to stay 1 night but I have already extended to 4 nights 10/10 the best place in the world I have ever stayed👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

We walked up from their place to the nine arches, then a beautiful walk to the arches of mountain little Adam we did that to, had super vegan diner in Ella, and walked back. Amazing nice long walk all together. Exactly our 'peace 😃of cake!🌿🌜
