Boutique Hotel Virkas muiža wordt omgeven door een park en de vallei van de Venta. Staff was very attentive and always ready to make our stay enjoyable and worry-free. Beginning with the receptionist who cheerfully greeted us upon entering and escorted us through the hotel to familiarize us with the hotel features and amenities and then led us to our room. A second receptionist warmly translated my parking citation (expensive 40€ lesson in parking sign interpretation) so that I could grudgingly but quickly pay the penalty online with a wire transfer from my US bank. The room was fantastic, large, well appointed, comfortable sofa, comfortable bed, coffee and tea, and well laid out bathroom. Loved it. The breakfast featured scrambled eggs, breakfast meats, various breads and pastries, fresh vegetables, cheeses, porridge, coffee and a wide choice of teas. Breakfast room staff was quickly clearing tables and keeping the buffet well stocked.

The apartment is perfectly located close to the main part of town with restaurants and shopping. It was furnished nicely and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The washing machine was easy to use and worked well. There was free parking right next to the apartment, on the street. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a very lovely and very well located apartment in the center of Kuldiga's beautiful and historic old city. The owner was friendly and communicative via WhatsApp. Everything in the apartment was clean and worked well. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was relaxing. One can walk easily from the apartment throughout this medieval town, and there are restaurants and cafes and groceries within a few minutes walk. I've been to Kuldiga before and this is the nicest location that I have stayed at. Thank you!

Hotel Gothards ligt op 1,7 km van Oude stadhuis van Kuldīga en biedt gratis fietsen en een tuin. De accommodaties hebben een patio en gratis WiFi. I traveled to Kuldiga to visit relatives. I had found this hotel online and it is just beautiful. The staff was attentive, the room was perfectly clean and really lovely. Bed was super comfortable, everything that you need is there. The area is quiet and safe. I can't recommend this enough.

Good sized apartment Although we only could stay for 2 days in Kuldiga, I could see being able to be there for longer. The position iz really great. The bus station is across the street, and around the corner is the start of the main pedestrian street. There are several really big supermarkets in the 2-3 minutes (walking) radius. The host is really responsive and kind. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
