They made us feel truly at home, and that kind of hospitality is rare to find. Honestly, if I could give the staff twenty stars, I would. One waiter in particular was simply amazing – my son loved him from the very first day. :) The hotel itself was exceptional: spacious and comfortable rooms, everything perfectly clean, and a calm atmosphere throughout the stay. The food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the common areas were always well kept. But what really makes this place stand out is the people – their kindness and professionalism turned a good holiday into an unforgettable one. We are already looking forward to coming back – and it will definitely be to this hotel.

There is a shared lounge at the property. We had a very pleasant stay before flight.(the proximity to airport is an advantage, taxi transfer can be booked, as well) . Villa with lush garden is beautiful,each room is a treasure. It presents a perfect escape from the heat of the city. We were welcomed with a warm hospitality.

At the riad, every unit is fitted with bed linen and towels. right as we arrived to the parking lot nearby, Omar came right away to pick us up and show us the way, and what a surprise! A gem right by the city walls, the room was spacious and well decorated with a beautiful bathroom and terrace, perfect to have breakfast and enjoy some fresh air. unbeatable hospitality and value for money, would highly recommend!
