The price and quality of the massage are definitely worth it, in two sessions the masseuse completely relaxed and straightened my problematic back, for which I am immensely grateful to her. I highly recommend this hotel to those who want to experience the best holiday by the sea with a share of relaxation and the feeling of luxury. Holidays in Ponta Plaza were truly a holiday, I did not have to worry about anything. Thank you to all the amazing staff.

Staff also provided additional vegetarian options when we told them about dietary preferences.

We had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel. First of all, I want to thank the staff for their exceptional service. We arrived very late at night – around 2 AM – and I had messaged the hotel in advance. To our surprise and delight, a very kind and professional representative was there to welcome us warmly. It was truly heartwarming and appreciated. We were given perfect rooms with a beautiful sea view, and the location of the hotel is simply amazing. We especially enjoyed the lovely promenade just below the hotel, full of restaurants and places to walk – it meant we didn’t need to use the car at all if we wanted to stay nearby. Everything was clean, comfortable, and just perfect. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

We booked a Premium Room — it was spacious, impeccably clean, and furnished to a high standard. The beds were extra large, with crisp white linens that smelled fresh and felt luxurious. One of the biggest surprises was the breakfast. We were given a menu and assumed we would choose one item each, but instead, they served us everything on the menu: muesli, omelets, fresh fruit salad, vegetable salad, a generous basket of warm breads and croissants, unique spreads, and more. The hotel is located right on the seaside promenade (boardwalk), offering breathtaking views — truly a little piece of paradise. Highly recommended!

The service was excellent, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was beautiful. Everything was very comfortable. I really enjoyed my time there and would definitely recommend it! The owner is exceptionally nice, by giving me some invaluable suggestions about the places to go (I didn’t do research before coming). And also whenever I had questions, they replied within minutes.
