The hotel is located in the same building as another 5-star hotel. Our family room was spacious with a huge living room, and there was plenty of space for the children to play. The huge panoramic windows and two balconies were a pleasant surprise and left a good impression, and the bathroom has a skylight that creates a special atmosphere with daylight in the room.

Very clean and modern accommodation with very friendly and welcoming staff!

There is a wellness area, bar and restaurant serving local cuisine. The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, room service and free WiFi throughout the property. I cannot find any inconvenient regarding our stay at Katamare. We'll choose again the same location on our next visit to Montenegro.

The hotel is located just perfect, near the shopping center, sea beach with variety of restaurants and old city. The staff is awesome, free underground parking and amazing breakfast!

Special thanks to Mr. Gile who helped us with luggage and information about the hotel and surroundings. A true professional, hundred percent dedicated to his job with heart and soul! We will stay at Avala again!

Located in Budva, the recently renovated Villa Sun Budva offers accommodation 1.1 km from Slovenska Beach and 10 km from Sveti Stefan. The property features garden and city views, and is 23 km from Kotor Clock Tower. The apartment provides rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. The location is great and the villa is modern in a quiet neighborhood. The owner is exceptionally nice, by giving me some invaluable suggestions about the places to go (I didn’t do research before coming). And also whenever I had questions, they replied within minutes.
