The room was very clean (including the air conditioning ducts, I checked), everything was new, It was quiet to sleep, It had a great view of the volcano and the breakfast was healthy and tasty. As a plus, the shopping mall where the hotel is located is beautiful, cheerful, has an ice skating rink and good shops and food. If you have a car, the location is also good for going to both Cholula and Puebla. The only thing they need to improve is that the restaurant space wasn't big enough to accommodate so many people, but I didn't have to wait too much. It's worth It, I recommend It!

Free WiFi access is available throughout. The whole staff was incredibly kind and helpful, even though the hotel has almost full, they were always so friendly. Breakfast was delicious and complete!

First of all, the bed is incredible: perfect privacy curtain and sturdy pod-style beds that guarantee perfect darkness while sleeping. The free breakfast is an a la carte style meal that includes a juice and fruit. The location is very good right on the edge of the old town. They also organise a bunch of events every day so meeting people should be easy, and the staff is super nice and helpful.
