The rooms were comfortable and cool and the location by the river and town perfect. The best part was the owner Jason who really made the hostel stand out. He helped us organize tours through the hostel, with smaller groups with great guides and similar prices to others, so I’d definitely recommend booking through the hostel. Jason was very helpful with recommendations for the area and let us stay and use amenities throughout the day after checking out. The common area outside is cozy with free coffee and tea included.

This is the perfect place to stay in Kuala Tahan. The backyard with the stunning riverfront view is really special and so relaxing — just what you need after a day in Taman Negara. We'd definitely choose this one again as it's a little bit more outside the busy area. The host was super friendly and even helped us arrange an amazing night safari!

The accommodation is next to the ferries to the national park. They offer tours that you can book directly from the accommodation which I highly recommend booking instead of others. The groups are smaller and the guides take you to places where there are way less people. The rooms are very clean, and the staff are so incredibly friendly. The breakfast at the place is worth the money. I would highly recommend anyone who wants to visit the rain forest to book here.

Good clean stay in TN. Friendly staff whom let us check in a bit early and on the 2d day, transferred us to another room when our initial one had Aircon issues. Seems they are expanding, so our 2th room was way more luxious but 1st bed was better.

Clean room with mosquito net (we didn't need), towels, etc. Nothing classy (remember, its on the edge of a rain forest), but it's got all a tired traveler needs. Since Kuala Tahan is very small village, everything is nearby (food stalls, laundry, market, travel agencies).

It’s a fantastic place to stay whilst accessing the rainforest. They organised our night tour and boat tour - we didn’t need to pre book. We did our own day walk but they advised us about that. Fantastic meals. A brilliant experience all round. They even drove us to the rainforest entrance. It’s a incredible place.
