Staff was very helpful and friendly, even accommodated our early check in. We almost broke their air conditioner and they were really nice about it LOL nice amenities as well, hair dryer, shampoo/body wash, and our housekeeping came every day to change out our towels. Loved the terrace that came with our room. The hotel was very quiet considering so many of us were there for a music festival. Centrally located, only a ten minute walk from the city center with supermarket and many restaurants. Bed was comfortable and I loved the thick blackout blinds to keep the room dark when the sun came up. Really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again.
