Room are big and clean and the food is delicious. You will feel like at home here, the family will try to provide everything to make you happy. And also they will take you to the jungle safari. What an experience!

Set in Bhurkīā, Nanu's Bardiya Homestay offers accommodation with a patio. There is a private entrance at the homestay for the convenience of those who stay. All rooms are equipped with a terrace with views of the garden. i spent a good stay in that nice family. nanu and his wife kali take care of you very well. she cooks a delicious dahl. And nanu explains you how the safari goes to happen. he will be your guide during the safari. i did safari walking and jeep. i saw tigers/rhinoceros/elephants/snakes/monkeys...). good price!! there are 2 or 3 rooms. usually not a lot of people. big room with mosquito net, fan ceiling and your own bathroom. it was clean. nothing to say. i paid 210€ in all : for 4 safaris walking and 1 safari jeep, meals, free water bottles, room. 8.5 days!! safari begins at 7am and finishes like 6pm. bardia park is good if you want to avoid the tourists like in chitwan. so lets go to nanu homestay if u want a very good experience in a local family instead a ressort expensive and without contact with the owner.

You become one of the Family at Golden River, I had such a fantastic time here, a wonderful family led by Pappu, Incredible guide, the most delicious food & the best location 😍😍 I saw so many birds just sat on the porch drinking Masala Chai, Recommend to anyone who wants to fulfill their dreams of seeing the wildlife & experience the warmth & hospitality of a great local family, & yes, I saw 3 Tigers amongst so much other wildlife!!!! 😍😍🐯🐯😍😍

Mukti and Renuka are the most lovely people, they made our stay just terrific! The local and organic food from the garden was amazing. Mukti is the best safari guide you can ask. We enjoyed every minute in the week we spent there.

The units at the bed and breakfast feature private entrance and soundproofing so guests can enjoy a peaceful stay. A terrace with an outdoor dining area and mountain views is offered in every unit. At the bed and breakfast, units are fitted with bed linen and towels. The owner is a very experienced safari guide. On the jungle walk and jeep safari he offers I was able to see wild rhinos, elephants and even a tiger. He is also very helpful (gave good recommendations, helped book the bus back to Kathmandu...). Food, especially fried rice with omelette for the jungle walks, is just amazing. Can only recommend.

The location is great just next to the national park, the offer all kind of tours and accommodation at the best price! They help booking buses and anything you need, the food is amazing! Everything is clean and functional

The guest house provides garden views, a sun terrace and a 24-hour front desk. Very nice vibe and great to relax. You can arrange a lot of activities to the national park such as walking and jeep safari and bird watching. The owner Sonya is super helpful and kind. I really enjoyed the 6 nights I stayed here.

The units at the accommodation come with a seating area. We have visited Bardia National Park 4 times. There are a lot of lodges and resorts, and they all offer pretty much the same things. But Bardia Wildlife Resort TRULY stood out. We stayed in a newly renovated room with air conditioning, good wifi, excellent meals. We took all our meals in the beautiful garden. We were surprised to see pizza and lasagna on the menu! And even more surprised when it really WAS pizza and lasagna! A welcome change from the usual Nepali food. The personal attention was incredible! Hira, the owner, took my wife into town to a fabric store where they made her two comfortable dresses for 1700 rupees, about 14 USD. I work in health care, and they arranged a visit to a local clinic, as well as the usual jeep and walking trips into the park.
