Picton Waterfront Apartments offer spacious, modern, self-contained accommodation in the heart of Picton. Each apartment boasts a private balcony with stunning views of Picton Harbour, Marina and the famous Marlborough Sounds. This is truly a stunning place! The location could not be better. We were laying in bed at night watching the ferries come and go. Early in the morning we just hopped down the elevator to go get a coffee from one of the many coffee shops downstairs. After a lovely dinner (also just downstairs at one of the restaurants) we took a stroll down the marina. Everything is within easy walking distance. The view from the unit is stunning and exactly as pictured. The unit is super clean, modern and comfortable. The couches in the lounge were very comfortable and could fit our family of four easily and comfortably. The two fully equipped bathrooms were so convenient having two teenagers with us. Directions and check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. We will definitely book this unit again when in Picton. This was definitely one of the best, if not THE best place we've ever stayed in. Everything you could possibly need, were provided -from a box of tissues in the bathroom, to a hair straightener! Thank you for making our visit to beautiful Picton just perfect.

Middle Park Motel is within a 4-minute drive of Blenheim’s town centre and Blenheim Train Station. It features an outdoor pool, barbecue facilities and free parking. All units feature either a kitchen or kitchenette and a private patio. Guests enjoy free WiFi. Very good location, room was comfortable, very clean! Quiet also. Good to have a small back area to chill out!

From the moment we arrived she was warm, welcoming and incredibly attentive to our needs. One of the highlights of our stay was when she took us to a beautiful lookout giving us a chance to enjoy stunning views. She went beyond in every way including kindly dropping us off at the interislander terminal. We are very grateful for her hospitality and would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone visiting the area. A wonderful host and am unforgettable experience!

There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi, free private parking and an electric vehicle charging station. I would have moved in permanently if it made sense too, alas it doesn’t. Everything you could possibly need was provided in this beautiful, comfortable home. Wonderful beds, linens, furnishings, kitchen, view, information and Mr. Wilson was very helpful. Great location, we walked to town for dinner and 5 minute drive to ferry. Highly recommend!! The best accommodation on our 3 month trip.
