The experience itself is really cool, but you need to put on a lot of clothes because it is going to be cold. You will never forget the water bottle.

The Cabin has everything you need and is extremely comfortable with awesome views from both your patio and bed. It's one of my favorite places, arguably my favorite place I've stayed while traveling the world. Very unique experience. Raul and family are happy to show and share every day life living on the islands. Food is simple but excellent. Raul goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and brings a big thermos daily for tea and coffee. Couldn't recommend this place enough.

With city views, Richar’s home - experience Amantani with my family is situated in Amantani and has a restaurant and luggage storage space. With inner courtyard views, this accommodation features a patio. Guests can make use of the sun terrace or the outdoor fireplace, or enjoy views of the mountain and lake. The bedroom with a view from the great location looking over the lake (with sunrise and mountains). The general hospitality was amazing. The homemade food was tasty. We learned lots about life on Amantani island.

This was an amazing place! The hosts were so kind, gave us loads of information and even took us on a small tour of some nearby islands. The food was amazing! Very generous portion sizes and they were able to cater to a vegetarian diet. It was cold in the lodge but we always had plenty of blankets, a heater, hot water and hot water bottles to keep us warm so it was never a problem. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Inca Manco Cápac International Airport is 48 km away. Mama Lea, Papa Mario and their son Ivan are super friendly. The experience of sleeping on a small Uro island is unique and recommendable. Mama Lea is a very good cook! We had great meals. Transfer round trip is offered for 80 soles which is fair since it's around 30 minutes per way.

This is one of the most unique places we have ever stayed in - the hotel has just one room and is located on a man made reed island floating on Lake Titicaca. Walter was very helpful - we had a few changes in our itinerary, due to transport problems, and he was very helpful in allowing us to change our booking dates. The room was spacious with amazing lake views though the floor to ceiling windows. The meals were also very good. Please note you need to pay in cash and there are no ATM near the property (obviously!), so bring sufficient cash with you
