We hebben hier voor en na onze Maccu Picchu trip een nacht geboekt. We vonden het een ontzettend fijne plek, gerund door een lieve familie. De tuin is een fijne plek en de kamers zijn groot, schoon en comfortabel. Ook de locatie is super. Je loopt snel naar het centrum toe, maar omdat het verblijf net wat verder weg is is het er vrij rustig! Kortom: echt een aanrader!

Deze herberg ligt op slechts 30 km van Machu Picchu, en biedt kamers met een onberispelijke rustieke stijl en uitzicht op de tuin. The location is the best thing. Being inside the train station I didn’t have problems and it was very convenient. The restaurant is nice as the breakfast and the place is very tranquil and quiet.

The hosts are so kind and they really run this place as a family. Every detail was perfect from small chocolates on the bed to a wide choice for breakfast. Great warm shower with good pressure. Carmen speaks amazing English which makes it easy to have a nice conversation. It was also super quiet which is special for Ollantaytambo because we stayed three nights in another place and had a completely different experience. Really no comments everything was perfect. We will definitely return here and recommend this to everyone. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Sierra Sacred Valley is an absolute gem. The owners, were amazing hosts who ensured we had a wonderful experience in the Sacred Valley. This hotel (recently opened - April '24) is peaceful, serene, and thoughtfully designed. The staff provided exceptional service, the food was delicious, and the property was impeccably clean, beautiful and secluded. Our reservation included breakfast and evening bonfires (snacks provided) as well as a guided hike, should time have allowed. Owner, Silvia, was incredibly helpful in arranging transportation both to and from the property, and the drivers the hotel has a relationship with were kind and professional.

Casa Yanahuara Valle Sagrado - Urubamba is gelegen op 7,2 km van Bus Station, en biedt accommodatie met een tuin, een gedeelde lounge en een 24-uursreceptie. The staff were so welcoming, the property was immaculate, had an amazing view and was well priced. They did not serve food for dinner but recommended a local chicken restaurant which was honestly the best meal we’ve had in Peru so far! I left my charger at the property and the staff notified me and offered to send it to my next location.

Delicious breakfast with homemade jam and juice. I would definitely love to come back to this tranquil place!
