The location is perfect, it’s near the main street with restaurants, supermarkets, ATM and gas station, but still in a quiet area. The place was always kept clean and the common spaces were really nice. Since it’s a newer homestay, there are some minor things to be improved, such as keeping a stock of toilet paper and a drying rack covered from rain, specifically during the wet season. However, the host, John, made a huge difference, he was always very accommodating to our needs, gave us a lot of tips to explore the island (and even a discount for a nice cafe). He also rented cute scooters for a really good price.

There is a lovely communal kitchen which we used a few times, it has everything you might need. The hosts are very responsive and kind. They have a beautiful dog named Tiger who hung out with us a lot. We loved our stay here and wish we had stayed longer!
