The hotel was average and what I expected. The room was very large and the bed was comfortable. Onsite amenities were acceptable. There was a small casino and an inside and outside bar area. The casino regularly has events on the weekends, during my stay there was a large bingo game happening.

Me and my Family loved EVERYTHING. Starting with ALL the Staff, the accommodations, the food, location, everything was very clean, adapted to guests with special needs and always willing to help.

Everything that Hotel Belgica offers is accurate to their listing and description (I got a king room w/ balcony and it was a wonderful spot to bring a coffee from the cafe downstairs and spend the morning watching Ponceños go about their day-to-day lives). The "bonus" was a truly warm and caring team of staff that made me feel comfortable and welcomed, from restaurant recommendations to friendly chats about travelling and language. I'd recommend staying here anytime!

I was able to book with them last minute, I was staying at an Airbnb whose lights went off, and decided I needed to leave instead of finding a solution for their issues pretty upsetting and inconvenience for me but I was able to get accommodations here fast and easy which was a plus and great to me. The room was the perfect size and comfortable, check-in was easy and the location was easy to locate!
