Although the hotel was fully booked, it didn’t feel crowded at all. Very calm and lovely atmosphere. Will definitely come back!

Perched on a cliff facing the Atlantic Ocean, this design hotel is within a renovated traditional farmhouse. Set on Madeira’s South Coast, Ponta do Sol has a stunning infinity pool and hot tub with panoramic views. Perfect location, perfect service, perfect food:) This place was worth every cent (or penny, depends on your currency of choice). I'm so happy I didn't decide to stay in Funchal or any other hotel closer to the airport. This place had a soul.
