A special mention and thanks to Nurana from Olivia hotel. She is extremely kind, gentle and helpful person and always ready to help with a smile and warmth. She was very helpful to us at all times and helped us with booking various tours at affordable prices. She was extremely accomodative with all our adhoc requests at all the times. the hotel breakfast also was good with wide options to choose from..we were grateful to Olivia and Nurana to make our stay pleasant and joyful

He provided us with all the necessary information and he was well organized with all the activities we ordered (Green tour, Turkish night, Balloons)

Rooms are simple but spacious and comfortable. Breakfast very good. They helped us finding a balloon ride after the one we had booked was canceled, and it went perfectly. They recommended very good sightseeing, in particular Ibrahim. There was a little issue with the bathroom door and they went all over to solve it. Also, great view from the room.
