Its such a perfect location and so easy to get to from the aiport with the Subway stop just accross the road! I got a free iced tea when I checked in which was much appreciated!😊 All the staff were always so kind, friendly and welcoming! Everywhere was spotlessly clean and the bed was the most spacious bunk bed I've ever slept in, it was like having my own room! A lovely quiet and relaxing place to stay! The free breakfast of a taiwanese omelette with toast and a tea/coffee was a great start to each day! And the coffees and lemon cake in the cafe are so delicious😊 I loved staying here and would highly recommend to everyone!😊

Set in the hippest east area of Taipei, Star Hostel Taipei East has transformed from an old residential house to modern Eco-friendly accommodation hosting travellers worldwide. Free WiFi is featured in all areas. The hostel was just great. Great location in a nice neighborhood. Staff was super friendly and could speak English very well. We cooked in the kitchen and used the laundry room, everything was super clean and well equipped. The room was big enough for us and we slept very well there.

The hotel specially offers signature lightings, tableware and bathing amenities for every guest. It is close to the station and is also a good location for city access and to nearby hot springs and night markets. At the same time, it is located in a quiet and pleasant place, so it is good for a night walk. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was quite delicious and served in a variety of dishes. I'd like to revisit.
