Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We kregen een mooie grote kamer met airco, fijn groot bed groot ligbad en prachtig balkon. Het ontbijt was heerlijk. Ook konden we gratis naast het hotel parkeren. Het restaurant heeft lekkere (lokale) gerechten op de menukaart staan. We konden lekker buiten eten op het terras. Terrein is beveiligd met camera, nachtportier en slagboom. Zoveel comfort en goede service in oorlogstijd verdient een 10! Slava Ukraini!
