There is a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay. The apartment offers rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. When we arrived, there was some urgent construction underway to improve the units. While this caused a bit of disruption to our stay, we decided to check out a day early and informed the team. To our surprise, they took the initiative to contact Booking.com on our behalf and arranged a refund for the final night. On top of that, they offered us an additional $50 as a gesture of goodwill. They weren’t obligated to do any of this, and it truly reflects their commitment to excellent service. What could have been a disappointing experience was completely turned around by their responsiveness and care. The hosts were quick to respond to any queries, the location is fantastic, and the rooms are comfortable. At the end of the day, it all comes down to service—and in this regard, they truly excelled.

All rooms feature air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a work desk. We really liked everything. The Service was great, the rooms comfortable, the outdoor area beautiful and the restaurant dinner was delightful.

Black Bear Lodge features free WiFi throughout the property. the room is so clean, they put 2 piece of welcome chocolate on the bed which was so delicious. I can feel they care about the customer so much. The lobby is so cozy for couple to have a drink. Last but not least, the location of the lodge was totally perfect, we can walk to the lake round 6 mins. I will be back soon absolutely.

Located at Northstar at Tahoe Resort in Truckee, The Residences at One Village Place by Hyatt Vacation Club features free WiFi access and free private parking. It features its own pulse-driven gondola. We stayed in the Three-Bedroom Villa, and it was easily the best hotel room I’ve ever seen. There are plenty of things to do around the property, and the swimming pool area is great too :). I’d definitely stay again 100%!

Offering granite counters and additional granite counters with bar stools, a full and spacious kitchen is also provided in the two or three-bedroom villas at Hyatt Vacation Club at Northstar Lodge. A fireplace in the seating area and a glass enclosed shower in the en suite bathroom are also provided. Beautiful place to stay! We are coming back next year with the family.

Featuring a lake view, each suite provides a fully equipped kitchen, a flat-screen cable TV and an en suite bathroom at Mourelatos Lakeshore Resort. Coffee-making facilities are also provided. We loved the comfortable big bed with a direct view of the lake and the room was so cozy. The staff was very nice and helpful. The proximity to the lake was incredibly close and we loved that it was just a short ride to Northstar for skiing.
