Gurmeet, the host, was nice, very helpful and allowed us a late checkout and provided a thoughtful welcome basket upon our arrival. The apartment itself was awesome too - sleek, charming, tranquil, modern and spacious with a great AC system. We always felt safe and relaxed there. And it’s just a short drive to Clifton Hill and only small walk to nearby stores and restaurants. Extremely comfortable and equipped with everything we needed for our stay! There was plenty of space for us both and nice natural light was flowing throughout the apartment during our stay. Stocked with supplies such as laundry detergent, tea/coffee and all the toiletries you could need - we really appreciated it. The fast internet and a big, Smart Tv were welcome bonuses. Would love to return again!

The kitchen was well-equipped with all cooking items with lots of stuff in the fridge for our use. The cooked breakfast was quite sumptuous and filling and a must-have. The host also picked us up and dropped us off at Buffalo airport for a fee which turned out to be very convenient for us, we didn’t have to worry about transport across the border. We would highly recommend Cozy House B&B.
