Excellent hotel for our stay in Pigeon Forge. Staff were very friendly and happy to help. We were able to check in slightly earlier with no issues, and they were also happy to store our luggage after check out for the rest of the day, as we were heading to Dollywood. The room was nice and spacious with a large comfy bed and modern/clean bathroom. Plenty of parking and easy to get to. Would happily stay again.

The location was fabulous - this hotel is part of the island entertainment and shopping area. Our riverview room was quiet with a restful balcony over the river. Relaxing is actively encouraged, including around the fireplace in the lobby.

We are located at 1850 Parkway Sevierville and are situated alongside the Little Pigeon River. Just across the Little Pigeon River is Pigeon Forge.

We are located within walking distance of the Apple Barn Cider Mill, Applewood Farmhouse Restaurant, and shops located directly behind the hotel. In addition, we are 1 block from Tanger Outlet Mall. Nice big rooms clean comfortable bed nice view very friendly staff and very nicely decorated front entrance.

This is the best hotel we have stayed at. The rooms were clean, breakfast was great. Check in was smooth and easy as well as checking out.
