Super smooth stay. Staff was great, everything worked perfectly, from the gym to the pool (even if it rained a bit). Loved the breakfast (fresh fruit, not just sugar stuff) and the evening kickbacks with free drinks and bites. Big plus for the parking garage. Just a great experience overall.

Hampton Inn & Suites Fort Worth Downtown biedt accommodatie in Fort Worth. De receptie is 24 uur per dag geopend. Mooie zeer ruime kamer en vriendelijk personeel.

Dit hotel ligt aan de schilderachtige San Antonio Riverwalk en beschikt over een verwarmd buitenzwembad op het dak, een hot tub en gratis WiFi. Soo I started  reservation of a room with a travel agency at the Drury Inn and Suites in San Antonio.  The next day after confirming San Antonio, I logged in and completed what I thought was reservation of the room I originally started. Upon arrival, we met your awesome security guy, sorry can't remember his name and after we went inside and checked in. I sent my family to the room to get comfortable while I parked my truck. Upon arrival to the room I found my beautiful wife sitting in a chair inside the room with the curtains opened looking out the window. And I explained, baby we have a balcony and asked why are you inside looking out side. She showed me that we have no balcony. So in a  bit of despair, I looked at the room reservation and it did not Include a balcony. I immediately went to the front desk ad explained how much my wife loves to take pictures and being outdoors and somehow the room/ reservation changed and I did not verify and asked how much to upgrade to a room with a balcony. I felt so bad whatching my wife just looking out a window. Alexis! I hope I spelled her name right listened to me and understood the delima I was in, took a look and said I can get your family in the room you thought you were getting initially at no extra charge. I was blown away. I don't know how you found her and or Renea your assistant GM. All your staff is amazing including your cook. He watched attentively over the food out your kick back 5:30 to 7 pm.  Thank you Alexis and everyone keep it up. My family and I will only stay at Drury Inn and Suites in San Antonio tx if you continue to employee the type of amazing folks we met today!!! Thank you,  Rodney Ketner

Situated 14 km from the River Walk, this San Antonio hotel has a complimentary hot breakfast and rooms with free WiFi. The staff was very friendly & informative. The meals, snacks & drinks were incredible The rooms were very clean and very spacious We liked everything about the DruryPlaza & would most definitely stay again & tell friends & family about it

Located 6.5 miles from Austin town centre, this hotel features an outdoor swimming pool. Free Wi-Fi is also provided. The staff was exeptionally friendly, we felt so welcome when we arrived there after a long flight. Also the staff was extremely helpful, when we had some issues, which had to be solved by phone but our mobile phone didn´t work in the United States. (Many thanks especially to Jack who was so extremely helpful and patient but also to all of the other staff!!!) The room was perfect with very comfortable beds / mattresses (usually hotel beds are very hard, but at Drury Inns the beds are soft and at the same time very supporting). Breakfast choices were perfect, we especially enjoyed the buttermilk biscuits and the grits. At night there was a dinner with great choices (also with some healthy ones like salad, vegetables, potatoes). There were free soft drinks and tea/coffee at all times and there was a popcorn machine (our kids loved it!). There also was a nice pool. The location was good, everything was easy to reach from there. This was the first time we stayed at a Drury Inn. After that positive experience we stayed at other Drury Inns several times along our road trip afterwards. The Drury Inn has become our favorite hotel brand! If we come back to Austin, we will definitely stay at this hotel again!
