When we got there, we decided we wanted to stay an extra night, and they sorted it out straight away. We did have to change rooms for the last night, but they moved everything for us while we were out hiking, couldn’t have been easier. Our first room (#10) was super comfy, tastefully decorated, and had a great bathroom. After a day on the trails, we’d head to the picnic area, fire up the BBQ, and enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sun go down, perfect way to end the day. Jody and I hit it off right away, she’s into photography and hiking too, and she had loads of tips on where to go. Honestly, staying here felt like coming home. We’ll be back for sure!

At first I was a bit anxious about the fact there is no one to welcome you but everything works great. Rooms are beautifully decorated, well equipped and very spacious. the public areas are also great and very pampering with many options of free beverages, hot and cold, snacks and cookies and all that is needed (silverware, cups, etc.). the lounge with the fire place is very cozy and inviting. Unfortunately it was freezing outside so we did not take advantage of the public sitting areas outside but these also look very inviting and facing a natural forest. It is really evident the owners have tried to think of every littler details. Like packs of conversation cards in various places, board games, books, treats in the room, and many more. Well located on the gateway to white mountains and also in Lincoln, quite close to many restaurants. In summary, a great option for staying at the Lincoln area.

It was a perfect size and the bed was very comfortable! The setting was quiet, which we loved. We didn’t use the pool because we were too busy. Tuckermans restaurant was great! Service and food were excellent. Very friendly staff.

We stayed here to celebrate our 3 year old son's birthday, so the kids place space was an unexpected pleasant bonus where my daughter and I were able to have a sensory-friendly birthday party for my child with Austim. We had pizza for dinner, played, and danced for a good 2 hours! Other guests who walked would join briefly and celebrate as well. We had a blast during our stay. I highly recommend for families.

I drink hot tea all day so access to hot water 24/7 was a big plus. Our room, though small, was intimate and cozy. Hosts and staff were very warm and welcoming.

The accommodation offers an indoor pool, hot tub, restaurant and free WiFi. Rod and Linea are amazing hosts. Extremely friendly and welcoming and the breakfast they provide is incredible. Such a lovely place to sit and watch the birds and chipmunks out of the window while you eat too. We got a bigger room on arrival. It was huge, with two queen beds. And really quiet too. The hot tub and swimming pool were an added bonus. Old Field House is opposite a restaurant and there is a fantastic brewery called Ledge Brewing Company about 5 minutes walk away. The staff there was extremely friendly and helpful too.
